Aim
The aim of the CBRN Threat Assessment and Risk Management for the Corporate Sector course is to provide clients in the corporate sector with knowledge and an understanding of the potential threat and impact of an accidental or intentional CBRN incident from a business continuity and resilience perspective.Â
Learning Objectives
At the conclusion of the Corporate CBRN Awareness and Risk Management course, participants will be able to:
- Demonstrate an understanding of the characteristics of CBR agents.
- Demonstrate an understanding of the potential threat and impact of an accidental or intentional CBRN incident from a corporate perspective.Â
- Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of CBRN threat assessment and risk analysis concepts and methodology with a specific focus on business continuity and resilience.
- Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of mitigation options.
Methodology
The course is designed to provide corporate clients with an understanding of the unique threat of accidental and intentional CBRN incidents and its potential impact on business continuity. Participants will learn how to conduct a structured and objective CBRN incident threat assessment and risk analysis, as well as a range of mitigation options. The theory is combined with practical examples and relevant case studies applied to the corporate environment.

The course is designed for individuals in the corporate sector tasked with or involved in business continuity planning and/or the broader corporate security risk management process.
